It was a thrill to judge the Toronto Championships, but to be judging the Nationals – wowzer!
Our first taping of 2019 welcomes impressive guests and hilarious comedians all in easy-to-consume 10-minute servings.
This Monday, we welcome comedians: Clif Knight, Mike Carrozza, Leonard Chan & Marilla Wex.
The road to the Nationals begins here at the Air Guitar Toronto 2018 Championships. Toronto Air Guitarists assemble to melt faces, strum some mean invisible axes and rock the stage at The Dance Cave on May 11th!

The Toronto Air Guitar Champ will receive prizes, mad street cred, and a spot at the Canadian Air Guitar National Championships in Toronto July 13th for their chance to be crowned the Canadian Champ and go on to Finland for the 24th Air Guitar World Championships on Aug. 21-24th!
How does one do this? Start with an Air Guitar persona, pick a song to rock out to for one minute, and if you make it to the second round… show off your improvisational skills to the tune of a song chosen that night by the audience.
Air Guitar is about world peace. The saying goes: “When you are holding an Air Guitar, you can’t be holding a gun”
Consider it your rock and roll duty, your volunt’air’ism so to speak – because proceeds of the event go to our chosen charity organization, MusiCounts! We’re playing air instruments to put real instruments into the hands of kids in music programs across Canada!
