I hit my target weight!
I did it! I cotton-pickin’ well did it! I got on the scales this morning and, as if by magic, I discovered I have reached my target weight of 125lbs. I can’t tell you how happy I am about that – thanks to Anthony Punshon‘s amazingly easy eating and workout plan in six weeks I lost 12lbs and since then I’ve managed to whittle off another pound with only one workout a week, daily walks and sensible eating.
