I hit my target weight!

I did it! I cotton-pickin’ well did it!

I got on the scales this morning and, as if by magic, I discovered I have reached my target weight of 125lbs.

I can’t tell you how happy I am about that – thanks to Anthony Punshon‘s amazingly easy eating and workout plan in six weeks I lost 12lbs and since then I’ve managed to whittle off another pound with only one workout a week, daily walks and sensible eating.

And I haven’t lived like a monk, either! I’ve eaten Chinese food, Korean food, fries and baked goods – but all in moderation. I’m so proud of myself. Here are the before and after pictures for comparison:

I think you’ll agree – it’s a stark comparison!

Who knew that 13lbs could make such a difference? When you have a small frame, as I do, even if you do have massive jugs, every extra pound really shows. So I’m very glad to be just that bit lighter.

Thanks to everyone who’s encouraged me and noticed the difference. And to those who got angry and told me I didn’t need to lose any weight – ya boo sucks and a big nuh nuh nuhnuh nuh.

I did what I set out to do – a lot less tank. A lot more Tank Girl. Not quite Starbuck (not sure my joints could take those kind of workouts) but a huge and wonderful improvement. Yay me!
