This week I am competing in the Stand-Up Showdown Tournament of Champions!
This will be the third and possibly last time I compete in the Showdown since Craig Brown and Mark Forward are winding things up with this final blow-out, no-holds-barred joke-off.
The first time I did Stand-Up Showdown I came second and was well-pleased. The second time I crashed and burned after the second round. Can I win this time and go through to the Tournament Final?
The topics are tricky – I’ve spent all weekend writing eight new minutes of material based on the three subjects, and I’m still not done. But I’m excited. I hope you’ll come and see the show – it’s only $7!
